We strive to provide the cheapest shipping possible. Here is our shipping FAQ:

- Items are shipped out on Friday mornings.
- All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping is
combined on multiple purchases.
- UPS shipping is now available, but please ask before checking

I accept Paypal Only!! This protects both you and me.

All payment methods must be received within 7 business days.

International Buyers Outside of Canada:
Currently we ship only in the US and Canada.

Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery Confirmation is included with all purchases over $50. Do to rising shipping costs, we have had to make this the minimum. If you do want delivery confirmation, it is available. The charge is an extra $0.75 on the shipping cost.

Returns, Exchanges and Replacements:
If you are not happy with your purchase or receive the incorrect item(s), please contact us. All returns must be made within 7 business days at the expense of the buyer. The item can be replaced or a refund minus shipping costs can be issued.

If your item(s) was damaged during shipping and covered by insurance, we will take appropriate steps to correct the issue.

1. Your item will be replaced at no additional cost upon the receipt and verification of the damaged item or
2. You will receive a full refund from Extensive Enterprises Collectibles or the U.S. Postal Service upon receipt and verification of the item.

All Returns, Exchanges and Replacements must include a copy of the purchase invoice or they will not be accepted.

Any item returned against these policies will not be accepted. If a returned item cannot be verified or is significantly different from the purchased item, it will not be accepted.

Any and all refunds are subject to receipt and verification of the item(s).. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment was received.

Communication is the key to your satisfaction and a positive transaction. Please contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.

We will email you with the day that your item will ship. Please allow ample time for your package to get to you. The USPS is not the fastest at delivering items.

We strive for 100% costumer satisfaction and will do everything within out power to make this so.
